Other Free Race Files: Past Triple Crown contests
From time to time, LPC's Money Page will feature historic WATT files of past contests that
race fans might enjoy reviewing. Users of either WATT version can download and
examine these races. See the Download Page for the free Windows
demo. Some valuable lessons can be learned when similar races are being
handicapped in the future. We have posted the Triple Crown races every year for the
past 10+ years. Below are just a few examples. There has been no
"fudging" here! These are the exact files that were posted on this website
1-2 days before.
NOTE: Some Derby files are compressed (.exe). Once opened, the actual file name is always DETAILS.DAT. For those files that are not compressed, use the file name as indicated.
The winner of the 1999 Kentucky Derby, producing one of the highest payouts in the 132-year history of the race, was clearly identified by the program and featured elsewhere on this site. Also, in the 1998 Derby, WINNING AT THE TRACK handicappers had two solid pieces to a $1221 trifecta ... and the KEY paid $18.80 to win! Did you have the $435 trifecta in the 2000 Derby? It was posted on the TOUT CORNER two days before! And WINNING AT THE TRACK users were not at all surprised by the $98 exacta in the 2003 Derby ...
